Step 1- Getting Started:
The ISO requirements basics and the following steps to be carried out are explained. Timelines and objectives are established.
Step 2- Discovery:
Existing documentation is gathered and reviewed.
Step 3- Documentation Preparation:
Procedures, manuals, forms, training, and other data specific to the company are created.
Step 4- Implementation and Training:
Management System training and Process Owner training.
Step 5- Internal Audit & Management Review:
Performance of first Management Review and Internal Audit. We will conduct an internal audit to ensure we prepared you for the registrar audit. Together, we will review process corrections that are needed and make sure you have all the necessary documentation you need to comply with the standard.
Step 6-Certification Audit: Prepare audit package and onsite/virtual support during the 3rd party registrar audit.
Finally, Dretz Nigeria Ltd can assist you in securing a registrar, or Certification Body, to perform your final external audit. Upon completion, we will assist you to correct any findings (if applicable), then you will receive your ISO certificate.
